Export Clerk

Reports To: Managing Director, Export Manager, Export Executive


Responsibility and Authority:

  • ates export invoice, packing instruction, certificate of origin, shipping instruction, letter of credits, bill of ladings and etc.

  • Assist Export Manager in International Trade Correspondence, update trade leads daily.

  • Assist Export Manager in Building-up new sales pipelines and open up new overseas markets.

  • Work as a team member for planning & implementing of business plan to achieve company’s sales targets.

  • Assist in Organizing and participating in overseas Trade Exhibitions.

  • Work closely with the administration and assist to liaison with the Freight Forwarders on exports to new clients.

  • Preparing and monitor the Shipping documents

Education, Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Preferably indoor sales experience in home appliances or in the field of outsourcing services.

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Engineering. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills required.

  • Good attitude towards technology and posses high level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of people as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills

  • Computer proficiency, in Microsoft words, excel, power point.

Human Resource Executive


  • Advanced Diploma / Degree in Human Resources

  • Min 5 years of working experiences in HR.

  • Must have good command in English and BM

  • Able to assume high level or responsibility

  • Computer literate

  • Knowledge in ISO system

  • A team player able to work under pressure

  • Knowledge in Malaysia labour law.


QA Engineer


  • Managing and administrating the Quality Assurance Department ; maintain, implement and improve the company’s quality standards.

  • Responsible for managing supplier’s parts and process quality.

  • Responsible for part’s incoming quality.

  • Perform regular audits at supplier’s premises.

  • Support supplier quality improvement activities.

  • Ensure the in-process quality standards are in place and implementation of effective countermeasures and preventive actions where standards lapse.

  • Supervise and develop QC Operators.

  • Lead QA/QC Department to achieve quality satisfaction.

  • Troubleshoot quality issue in production.

  • To actively contribute towards product quality and process improvement. To ensure the product quality meets customer’s expectations.

  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by superior(s) from time to time.


  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering or similar discipline.

  • Min. 1 year of working experience in quality management function.

  • Knowledge or experience in statistic and AQL norm.

  • Knowledge or experience in parts inspection and measurement methodology are added advantages.

  • Proficient in English & Mandarin.


Quality Engineering Engineer


  • Responsible for product and component evaluation & qualification activities.

  • Responsible for product reliability testing and failure analysis activities.

  • Support FMEA and Product Safety Risk Assessment activities.

  • Provide technical support to production quality improvement.

  • Implement monitoring program for the purpose of providing early problem detection and protection to the customer.

  • Provide engineering support to new product evaluation & qualification ; manufacturing cost reduction and process improvement.

  • Continuous quality improvement by working closely with the suppliers.

  • Investigation of critical customer quality issue by working closely with Customer Service.

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the quality management procedures.

  • Provide effective Failure Analysis for customer returns, in-house monitoring failures and escalated issues within specified timeframe.

  • Write clear and effective FA reports, Reliability reports and technical papers for publications.

  • Responsible for daily tracking and updating of all reliability test data analysis for further review and decision making.

  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by superior(s) from time to time.


  • Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.

  • Min. 3 years of working experiences in reliability and product qualification functions.

  • Knowledge or experiences in Product Safety regulatory requirements and Reliability Testing for home appliances are added advantages.

  • Proficient in English & Mandarin.
